I have 600 k genomic data. In program notepad++, I want to transpose rows to columns. Is it possible through this software?
Notepad++ is great, but not for applications like this. I would recommend that you use a programming language like Python or R, or use Linux command line tools.
Data analysis or processing in a text editor leads to mistakes and irreproducible research.
