Does anyone know a good way to mimic the the "lineage report" from online Blastn results?
I am talking about this here:
You can use blast output format #6 to get the taxonomy information: Scientific Names In Blast Output And Databases . Online blast has subtle improvements/features that may not be fully available in local command line blast.
