Has anyone got some link from where i could access an ontology which states the disease and its symptoms, basically a symptom ontology, what i got is Human Phenotype Ontology (HP) but it has generic disease. I am looking for one which maps symptoms of commonly occurring diseases. Is their any such Ontology available on WEB that i could make use of?

this is the dataset i am operating on, I need some ontology so that i could create an ontology matching code. any hep would be appreciated
Sir, i just went through this ontology, but it suggests the definition of the disease, and has no mention of the symptoms causing it.
This is an ontology of symptoms only, it doesn't have any disease name/term. I don't think there's an ontology linking diseases to their symptoms. However, if you need to work with the data you showed, you can map the "keywords" of the third column of your data to terms in the symptom ontology. This would give you the disease to symptom ontology mapping for this data set.
