Hi,
I want to download some Series Matrix Files from geo, however, its FTP directory is empty. Does NCBI move its GEO datasets somewhere else? How can I access them?

It appears to be down at the moment - I'm sure it will be restored (relatively) shortly.
Thank you jared.andrews07. How sure are you? I'm pretty sure that it was down about 3 weeks ago, too.
I have definitely downloaded data from it within the last 3 weeks, so I'm not sure about that. I also think there would be a much larger outcry if it had been down for so long.
mirzaienahal : Please email GEO support and let them know. NCBI website is so large that parts break at times. Support folks are generally good about fixing things in 3-4 days once they are notified something is not working.

Do you have an example GSE I can take a look at? I just accessed the site and I can see the matrix files. Example: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/series/GSE84nnn/GSE84988/matrix/
