Hi everyone !

I meet a problem when collecting variants for some genes.

The original variants position looks like the following,

(PS: the gene name is known)

| Exon | Nucleotide change | Protein change |

| 1 |c.17T>C | p.Leu6Pro |

But what I need is the genome position of the variant looks like 1 :20763044: T>C,

Are three any convenient tools can do the conversion?

Thank you in advance.
