To view phase block their is a well documented and supported 10X genomics viewer for their own platform sequenced data. I have a data derived from Hi-C and already done phase block and need to check position for their nucleotide constitution SNP or not. Is there any way I can graphically represent like 10X. As I tried Haploview but it seems not working. A small help will be highly appreciable.
