On Monday 20th January between 10:00-12:00 am (GMT), a number of Ensembl services will have reduced functionality to allow for storage filesystem migration.
The following Ensembl services will have reduced functionality:
- ensembl.org
- plants.ensembl.org
- metazoa.ensembl.org
- fungi.ensembl.org
- protists.ensembl.org
- bacteria.ensembl.org
- Ensembl mirrors
The following services will be offline:
- Ensembl Genomes archives
- Ensembl archives from e!88 onwards
- Ensembl mobile site
- Motif viewer and GWAS catalog
Full functionality will be restored after 12:00 am (GMT).
