Hello, I am looking for a replacement of Denovogear tool.
We had a great experience with this tool, however recently I am a little bit fed up with reliability - I have found many errors, waited too long to be corrected and now it is not possible to compile it from development branch etc...
Is there any other tool for detecting de novo variants in WES and WGS data that uses same approach to create a model based on BAM files (I don't need de novo variant tools using VCF).
Thanks for any suggestions
