I have recently started learning scRNA seq data analysis and would want to apply my newly learned skills to a problem of my choice. I also have decent exposure to machine learning. I have learnt that sc-RNA-Seq is also quite valuable in cell-differentiation factor predictions (there are many papers and databases that try to predict differentiation factors based on scRNA-Seq). Based on the interest of my lab group, I want to predict the best growth factors and differentiation factors for human muscle cells. To that end, I am currently on the look out for similar papers and datasets. Can anyone guide me to scRNA seq datasets for human muscle cells and papers that predict growth factors for the same?

You can find normal mouse single cell datasets at tabula muris.

Normal single cell datasets for humans are available here.

SRA-explorer is your friend to search SRA data for relevant projects.

A new paper just came out for single cell analysis of all major human organs.
