Calculate unique number of transcripts for each sample

Hi, I'm new to all this so any information is very helpful!

I have 12 samples (split between 4 depths with 3 samples at each depth) and I would like to know how to calculate how many unique transcripts each sample has. Is there a way to do this on R?

So far I have made Venn diagrams which allows me to see the shared and unique transcripts at each depth. However I would like to know the unique transcripts of each sample compared to all the samples at each depth.

I have also used this tool http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/webtools/Venn/. It allows me to enter all 12 sample lists, however it does not give me the unique number of transcripts per sample.

Thank you!
