Hi everyone!

I made an SNP variant analysis on my c.auris genomes(B11220). A get the reference genome from NCBI. I want to choose one or two SNP transition and check the involved genes function in the original genome. I find this to check it (http://www.candidagenome.org/download/chromosomal_feature_files/C_auris_B8441/C_auris_B8441_version_s01-m01-r08_chromosomal_feature.tab).

My problem is that this genome version (B8441) has 15 chromosomes, while my strians (B11220) only had 7. Can someone help with the chromosome "convertion"? Or I can ignore the last 8 chromosome at the B8441 strain in my case?

Thanks for the answer in advance!
