I want to do a graphical microarray analysis using the package AffylmGUI in R software. Before, when I did this analysis with other records, I didn’t have any problem, but now for creating target’s file I face error in GSE 87740 record. I would appreciate if you helped me with this.
How are users supposed to help with only knowing that you
face error? Please be precise, we cannot read minds.When I want to create a Target file, the number of rows in the Name and the FileName columns are not equal to the rows in Target column, and when I select the Target file in the software, I get the error of not opening the file and any changes I make to the Target file, I still get this error
Please post the error, input and code for context. Before you proceed further, update all the packages to the recent versions, including affylmGUI @ atefehamini2010
The error I get is an error opening the file" Failed to open file:"GSM2339590_-AMF-Mp"
is there a space or special character in name of the file: "GSM2339590_-AMF-Mp". It seems the file doesn't exist or program is not able to locate the file. Check the location of the file, name of the file and contents of target file.
