I have information about some compounds from ZINC database; I would like to find information about their biological activity, what is the best procedure so far? I mean, sometimes on the zinc page of the compound not all possible information appears (examples CAS number)

You can get biological activity information via SEA search tool.

For example:

Let's look at curcumin at Zinc database, you can see the link to access SEA search tool as a link

Activity (Go SEA). If you click that and submit your SEArch job, you can get this result.

You can also use PubChem to retrieve bioactivity information. See and this page for BioActivity Summary for curcumin.

thanks a lot. In the SEA results, if I click on tubulin, I get: Code TBB1HUMAN10000
Name Tubulin beta-1 chain. Does it mean cur cumin interacts somehow with Tubulin? If so, how can I get more details about this interaction (PDB structure if possible)?
