I have a matrix of group of features and samples and need to make biclustering using BiCAT software in which I found: First: discretization step for the data, I just need to know how to identify the threshold for binary discretization. Second: I found there are about 5 algorithms for biclustering, as I am new in algorithms field, I just need to know is there a criteria for choosing a specific algorithm for biclustering?
