Could not find the link to obtain a NCBI API key

The NCBI documentation says that we have to get an API key to access the e-utilities in a safe manner. I have logged into the NCBI website, but could not find the "Create an API key" button as described in the documentation. Does anyone know the link for it or the API key is not used anymore? Thank you Mensur! I could not find "Settings" after login. After reading your answer, I clicked my name at the top right corner, then the API key link appeared.

The instructions could not be more clear:

To create the key, go to the “Settings” page of your NCBI account. (Hint: after signing in, simply click on your NCBI username in the upper right corner of any NCBI page.)

So you create an account, log in, and click on your username in the upper right corner. I just tried it and there is an "API Key Management" section at the bottom.
