hello,
I want to plot my protein data (length and Serine amino acid percentage) into a feasible plot. Length ranges up to 300 aa.
My data (have 700 proteins)
Please recommend something.

But it would be great if it can also include Serine percentage.
Serine composition can be presented in another histogram plot. If you are trying to show the correlation between protein sizes and serine percentage, a histogram of their ratios may be appropriate. Or a scatter plot with size on X and serine composition on Y. If your proteins have different amounts of serine compared to general proteins, you may want to show a histogram with both distributions in the same plot.
