Downloading only protein database sequences of bacteria and protozoa

Can anyone help me with how I can download only protein sequences of bacteria and protozoa separately. I attempted wget ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genomes/refseq/bacteria/ for bacteria

Can anyone please help on how to get the protein sequences? Thanks
