I have SNP data for 350 case and control subjects. I want to calculate the mutual information between each pair of SNPs. Do I have to encode my data since the values are in AA,CT form.? I tried using sklearn feature selection_mutualinfo but it finds mutual information between feature and the target vector and not between features. Please help me!!!
