Good morning everybody. I have an apparently simple problem but to which I cannot figure out a solution. I tried to separate a column utilizng the separate function and "=" as separator, but nonetheless it returns a warning messages and delete decimal digit. Has anybody ever bumped across this problem?
This question is not obviously related to bioinformatics and might get closed. It is also good practice to provide example data and code. Without that your problem is irreproducible.
