About Fasta rename

Hello everyone! For questions about using the dictionary. I would like to change the names of the sequences in the fasta file. I previously created a dictionary based on the name of the replacement. But only the title of the replaced sequence name is saved after the change. How do I change only the sequence names in a fasta file and keep the sequence contents? Thank you very much

seqtk may be able to do what you want. Try the seqtk rename command and it will give an example.
