Hi dear biostars community

I have a different question from what regularly is asked here. what is the the best free online source to star learn NGS analysis and data interpretation? I mean a step by step instruction from SAM and BAM conversion to annotation. I will be so pleased if you introduce the specific book, YouTube channel ,etc. for this reason. I hope the biostars admins will allow this question to remain and be a source for people like me who fell in love with NGS but has nothing available to learn.
