Can we determine "splice variants", given in a set of mRNA sequences of particular gene by using a software tool?

PAGs(pregnancy associated glycoproteins), are multi-isoform proteins & each isoform has many transcript variants. I am having set of mRNA sequences related to an isoform(PAG7) and its variants(n >25). so, among them I want to determine which are splice variants, by using a software tool.

Are you using reference sequences for your mRNA or did you sequenced several samples for only that gene? Sorry, I did not understand.
