Hi friends,

I have to create a file that I put the contents below according to its manual.

104 3 21 321 2.0 15.0 237.6668

105 3 20 320 3.0 14.0 261.7078

108 3 21 321 2.0 15.0 236.7068

109 2 21 221 2.0 15.0 215.2132

113 3 20 320 1.0 11.0 187.5965

It has columns with the title of animal, kfix, mfix, kxl, snp, age, wgt, respectively.

Why the column of snp (i.e 5th) has 1, 2, or 3 numbers? How can I calculate it? My genotype codes are based on 1 and 2.

Thanks in advance.
