I have two DNA sequencing samples with different sequencing depths. I want to check if there is any enrichment of genomic regions in one sample vs another. Before that, I need to normalize the samples for sequencing depth what is the most suitable method to use?

Hello, which kind of assay is this? There are plenty of norm techniques, depending on the type of data. Please give more details. Do you have experimental replicates?

we have done sequencing of different chromatin fragments where both the samples have the same genomic coverage but one sample should have relative enrichment of different genomic regions as compared to the second sample. But in order to compare both, I need to normalize the sequencing depth. No, I do not have replicates
