Convert 70 VCF to PED and MAP plink files

Hi everyone,

I have 70 VCF files (1 per region), So need to create PCA plots and Admixture Analysis. I go through the PCA and Admixture tutorial, in that they mentioned the first need to create .bim, .fam files (here I have doubt that, do I create fam and bim files for each sample separately and combine as one vcf or First need to create merged vcf and then create fam and bim files?). If anyone has the detailing tutorial from vcf to PCA/admixture please share the link.
