Hi,

I'm trying to integrate rockhopper in my pipeline, i'm interested in rockhopper's operon detection method. There's a way to implement only this feature skipping alignment and counting which are already provided by me?

If you see nothing under Options --> Parameter settings, then it is likely to not be possible.
