igv track auto scaling fails in batch mode

Hi there,

recently using the latest IGV (2.9.2), I tried to generate images of specified intervals, via either script files or socket connection. But I found that track auto scaling did not work, and the images were not usable. I also tried setSleepInterval for up to 500 ms, but had no luck.

So for the moment I rely on manual generation of images.

Could anyone give some hint?

Autoscaling stopped working for me and my colleagues recently as well (version 2.9.4). Was hoping to find the answer online too :)

Please create an issue on IGV GitHub site. Jim Robinson (IGV developer) does not participate here regularly but has said many times that people should report these issues on GitHub for prompt attention.
