I found 1918 unique genes related to Leprosy by doing the following in bash:

grep Leprosy '~/CTD_genes_diseases.csv' | cut -d ',' -f1 | sort | uniq
grep Leprosy '~/CTD_genes_diseases.csv' | cut -d ',' -f1 | sort | uniq | wc -l
1918
