Hi everyone I wonder one of the thing in FastQC. First I use FastQc to analysis data but I want to get some of contents in my result (eg.Reads with N content, Raw base, Raw base Q20, Raw base Q30) Because FastQC transfers the data to per base (per base N content or even per base sequence quality), so how can I translated into total base, it need some formula?
FastQC produces a companion zip archive that should contain all the data used for generating FastQC report. You can look in there to get the numbers that went into the analysis.
