Hi, I am new to Prokaryote Gwas. I have 150s Listeria monocytogenes genomes. I have tried to generate VCF file with a tutorial on the link describe "https://harvest.readthedocs.io/en/latest/content/parsnp.html" by using Commandline Ubuntu Linux subsystem for the window. I have tried to run with example data provided but having error messages.
ERROR: Genbank file examples/mers_virus/ref/England1.gbk not found ERROR: Genbank file examples/mers virus/ref/Riyadh_14_2013. fna not found peter@DESKTOP-
If someone could map out the steps to be taken from the installation to the result file. Greatly appreciated
