Off topic:Unbale To Run Test.T In Perl Folder

Hi,

Here is my PERL5LIB value:

root@Ubuntu1104x86:~# printenv PERL5LIB /~/vcftools_0.1.9/

and when I want to run a test.t in the perl folder like this:

root@Ubuntu1104x86:~# vcftools_0.1.9/perl/test.t

this is the error I get.

Can't locate Test/Most.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /root/vcftools0.1.9/perl /~/vcftools0.1.9/ /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.1 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/siteperl .) at vcftools0.1.9/perl/test.t line 17. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at vcftools_0.1.9/perl/test.t line 17.

I have only ran "make" , haven't done those tabidx commands yet and the path to PERL5LIB is what I posted above. Is there anything wrong in here that I am getting that error?
