Hi I am looking for good source of algorithms and numerical methods for modelling and simulation mainly oriented to structural bioinformatics. I have found this book "BIOLOGICAL MODELING AND SIMULATION A Survey of Practical Models, Algorithms, and Numerical Methods Russell Schwartz". I would like to know of other sources. I prefer a programming-language-agnostic presentation of the algorithms or a python or fortran oriented examples.
