Is there a resource that gives the position of genes in the human genome in centiMorgans?

The ucsc contains the positions of the STS in cM and bp

http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/stsMap.txt.gz

and the positions of the genes in bp

http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg19/database/refGene.txt.gz

I would use a simple cross-multiplication between the two sources to convert the position of the genes with the nearest STS.
