Hi,

I am trying to run bmr calc-covg in Genome MuSiC and keep receiving the following error:

Can't call method "print" on an undefined value at /usr/share/perl5/Genome/Model/Tools/Music/Bmr/CalcCovg.pm line 256

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

If I'm skimming the code right, that appears to be where it's trying to write to a file in your output directory. Does the output directory exist? (the one you specified in the parameters?)

Thanks for the help Chris. It appears that the directory did exist but it was a permissions issue with Virtual Box.

It seems to work now.
