Jmol Question About Superposition And Model

hi, dear all~

I write a java program to do structure analysis, display PDB via Jmol visualizer, but I don't know how to multiple structural alignment and superposition.

and in Jmol visualizer, I just have the Default Van der Waals type for model set to Jmol. how do I get more model to display the structures?

You may have a look at pymol which has python scripting.
