Hi All,

How can I map protein amino acid residue position/boundaries ( example: for a protein residue boundary ILe144-Lys213) to its actual genomic base pair position in general. I mean if I have amino acid boundaries of a protein and I want to know exact position of that amino acid boundary in terms of where in gene region ( from transcription start to transcription end base pair position which encodes that protein . Is there any tool to convert this. Thanks, Indrani
