Off topic:How To Get Reference Sequence From Ucsc Of A Certain Position Of Chromosome?

Hello,

I would like to cut certain part of human Y chromosome from reference sequence from UCSC browser.

e.g. I would like to cut from physical position 14000000-15000000. what would be the best and easiest way to do it?
