I have 17 human cell lines with different mutations in different genes in chromosome 4. I would like to make a heatmap where I put the cell lines in function of the different genes and mark the spots where there's a mutation. I have a gene list of the 17 cell lines (.tsv file) and I tought I could make this heatmap using DAVID but I can't find it. Can somebody help me? Thank you.
Can you tell us what you have tried already and where you are getting stuck?
