I am using GenomeGraphs and want to plot conservation scores alongside human gene regions. In the vignette, they use yeastCons1. Where would I get the equivalent for human?

Thanks.

There are three phastCons file sets for hg19, representing three different alignment types: vertebrate, primate and placental mammal.

The vertebrate alignment aligns 45 species against human; the primate and placental mammal align subsets of the vertebrate species to human.

You'll find these in the Comparative Genomics group in the UCSC Genome Browser, under "Conservation".
