Hello everyone,

Is it possible to integrate data from RNA-seq, chip seq and microarrays to make gene regulatory networks (GRNs)? So far I've come across methods that use expression data such as that only from microarrays to infer GRNs. Does anyone know of any methods that integrate these different types of data to make GRNs?

Thanks a lot!!!!
