Hi All,

I'm new to protein structural modeling and am trying to figure out how to build a model incorporating quaternary structure, assuming a multimeric template exists. What other tools can I try to use to accomplish this? Whats the best way to go about it?

Thanks!

MODELLER can do this; see section building multi-chain models in the manual. Be aware that if you are new to modelling, MODELLER requires some time/effort to learn.

I'm pretty handy with Chimera and I know they can implement Modeller as a plug in. Any experience using this or another similar GUI/command line type program?
