How To Merge Foo.Libraries.Txt In Dindel?

I am using Dindel for calling Indels from exome deta. Can anyone do a favor by telling how to merge foo.libraries.txt.I did, cat on them, but it did not work.Emits Lib. error at 3rd stage.
