I am interested to work in the field of analysis of protein structural motifs as my projects using the available tools like exploring motifs, modeling and so on. I have some motifs which are present in protein from different organism. But i have not found clue to go further. Also i would like to ask about the potentiality of project on protein motifs in scientific community. Could some one in this group have some suggestion regarding the analysis of structural motifs. Also if you have some information on protein motifs analysis..Please let me know. Thanking you.
