Hi, I'm trying to locate the exact location of amino acid in the protein MCM6 of the SNP rs4988235. I've tried searching in dbSNP, Provean, UCSC and many other without success.

Where can I find this information?

Thanks

See Ensembl-variation, contains predicted effect mutations. For SNP rs4988235 there exists most likely no such location of an AA change, as it is annotated as Intron/non coding variant (unless the gene models are wrong).
