Hello. I am just starting my phd and I am trying to develop software that will try and detect SNP-SNP interactions. I began by studying about GWAS analysis and my question is this.

How do you incorporate the GRM (matrix) into the regression model?

Also, can you suggest any kind of working libraries in python?
