Dear all,
For doing a meta-analysis of SNPs within a gene with a specific disease, after searching on PubMed with the appropriate keywords, I obtained about 8000 papers for initial screening. Could you please let me know if there is any software/tool for evaluating so many papers (text mining) and select the most appropriate papers for starting the analysis?
Many thanks
Strange, I just see your comment. Yes, I searched on the net and found some tools like abstrackr (http://abstrackr.cebm.brown.edu/) and iTextMine tools, that were not useful for me. I'm going to do a meta-analysis of SNP association with a disease. Also, I found some tools that were not free. Could you please share with me any other tools?
Thanks in advance
