Hello everybody! Does anybody know how can I find if a peptide sequence from PRIDE exist in Ensembl ? ( accession ids etc ) . Thank you
You could use blast search at Ensembl.
Thanks for your help. However , the accession number of each dataset in PRIDE is not recognized by Ensembl. I don't know how to make the search. Any suggestion ?
You will have to use the actual sequence for the blast.
