Hi everyone,

Do you know if there's a way to find online sequences/SNVs from ancient DNA genomes?

Thanks a lot!

Can you clarify what you mean by ancient DNA genomes? Are you referring to hominid genomes or just human?

If you've got the mental fortitude to work with eigenstrat data then David Reich's webpage is probably the best place to quickly download it

Thanks a lot.

This is far beyond my level, I'm a medical geneticist (MD) with very little experience in computer code.

If anyone here wants to collaborate here on genetics and sleep...

Thanks again!

Alex.
