Based on what we can say that some regions or proteins are disordered or not? and if it disordered how can I visualize it in 3d structure?
Note: I don't have a PDB code for this region.

If something is intrinsically disordered, it can't be visualized in 3D, thats what being intrinsically disordered means.
thanks for your quick response, but the position that I have to visualize is in the 2700 position and this position exists in two ranges in https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q12802#family_and_domains the first range is Interaction with ESR1 and the second region is disordered, I don't know which range I should be based on?
