EnsemblVEP could not generate any output for a list of frameshift insertion input

Dear all,

I am trying to use EnsemblVEP for a list of FrameShiftInsertions.

However, VEP produces empty tables.

The header of my input:

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Hi every one!

I found the solution.

With replacing the "Start" and the "End" columns with each other, VEP produced the result.
